The Short Version

We do not share your personal information with anyone. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. Your data exists for one reason - to get fresh microgreens from our farm to your door.

What We Collect

When you place an order or sign up for our newsletter, we may collect the following:

  • Name - so we know who the microgreens are for
  • Email address - for order confirmations and updates
  • Phone number - to coordinate delivery times via text
  • Delivery address - to bring your microgreens to the right door

That is it. We are a family farm, not a data company.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for:

  • Fulfilling and delivering your orders
  • Sending order confirmations and delivery updates
  • Responding to your questions or requests
  • Sending our newsletter (only if you opted in)

CSA Partner Sharing

There is one exception to our no-sharing rule. When you sign up for a CSA through one of our farm partners (such as Pennypack Farm), we share your name and contact information with that partner farm so they can coordinate your pickup schedule. This is necessary to make the CSA program work, and your information is only used for that purpose.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted services to run our business:

  • Transactional email service - for sending order confirmations, delivery updates, and other service-related communications
  • Payment processor - for processing payments securely. We never see or store your full payment details.
  • Website analytics - for anonymous, aggregated site usage data so we can improve your experience. This data does not identify you personally.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. No hoops to jump through, no guilt trips. One click and you are out.

What We Will Never Do

  • Sell your personal information to anyone
  • Rent your data to third-party marketers
  • Spam you with emails you did not ask for
  • Share your information outside of what is described on this page
